Take a pan and heat it over medium flame. Add ghee and once it melts, add the cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns, and cinnamon stick. Sauté for a minute. Add the onions and a bit of salt. Sauté until the onions turn brown.Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the rawness is gone. Once cooked through, add tomatoes and cook until mushy. Add spice powders such as red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and Ajmi meat masala .Mix well and add mutton pieces. Transfer to a pressure cooker and add half a cup of hot water. Cook for four to five whistles on medium heat.
